Delete my account

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Open Menu, then My profile.
3. Scroll to Delete my account and follow the steps. You confirm with your password or with a code we email you.

Deleting your account signs you out on every device at once. Everything about you, your name, email, phone, photo and reminders, is erased 30 days later. Until then we can bring it back if you change your mind. If you are the only head of a centre, hand it to somebody else first.

You removed the app, lost your password, or no longer have the email. Tell us which account and we will delete it. We do not send email about this request; you get a confirmation number on this page.
